Ordered new oak fire surround and granite set, and asked for slight change to normal spec. This was dealt with easily over the phone. Item delivered on time and exactly as described. Payment not expected or made till after we had checked it, my wife loved it so much she was speechless. Worth every penny!!, and highly recommended.
