When I ordered a fire surround package I hadn't realised that the fire was designed to fit into a recess, mine was to fit onto a flat wall. After contacting the company they offered a spacer piece for the fire or to remake the fire surround with a larger rebate to accommodate the fire. We opted for the later and the company promptly made a replacement and collected the original, excellent service!!!
