Everything went smoothly from the first telephone call through to delivery and fitting. I called for advice with regards to measuring as I wanted to replace an existing fire surround keeping the existing hearth and backing. Called measurements through on Monday, surround delivered on Thursday exactly the time they said it would be delivered. The fire surround fitted exactly in the same place as old one, you would not know it was replaced. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a fire surround.
