Ordered the fireplace suite in Spanish Nacarado with downlights and a slider control to ignite the fire. It arrived on time and was in excellent condition. I fitted it myself into an existing brick chimney/flue with the clear, straightforward instructions provided. The sales team at Designer Fireplaces had already given me the 'basics' and told me to call them if I needed any help at all. I used a registered gas fitter to make the final connection and check my installation to be on the safe side and meet requirements. It looks fantastic and very pleased all round with the purchase - would definitely recommend this company.
