We could not be happier with our new fireplace & the whole experience of buying it! Mick at Oak fire surrounds was such a great guy when I rang him with a few questions, he explained everything I asked of him in such a way that was easy to understand. Put my mind at rest with all my queries & made sure my new fire surround would accommodate my existing fire. He even offered to store it for a couple of extra weeks until we were ready for it. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our new fireplace, it looks fantastic & could not have asked for a better experience. What a company & what a guy!! Thanks Mick. You should explain customer service to these large companies that think they offer it!!
