Design Fire Places answered my emails and telephone enquiries promptly. The delivery time was prompt, in fact early within the 2 hour window, and the design of the fire place is excellent. The fire place fitted together perfectly for my fitter. All together I am highly satisfied with everything and I would and have recommended this company for anyone who is thinking of buying a fire place on line.
