Excellent quality and service. Well worth the investment. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to everyone I know.
It makes a very welcome change to have such a positive experience. If only all British manufacturers and retailers would be as courteous, helpful & efficient as Designer Fireplaces, the customer service in this country would have a glowing reputation.
Also, they use their own driver, which makes for a much more pleasant experience than out-sourcing the logistics. A great personal touch.
