It was a pleasure to deal with this company from ordering on the phone to delivery of my beautiful made to measure oak mantel. Delivery was free and a very cheerful guy had driven from Birmingham to my house in Chertsey and, as promised, delivered at 7am on a cold January morning with a big smile! I did not have to pay for the mantel until delivery. If only there were more companies as reliable and helpful. Excellent service all round. A big Thank You to all the guys at Designer Fireplace.
