I purchased the electrical Traditional Oak Fireplace, I was a little concerned about buying online without seeing the product first, but my concerns were put to rest as customer services answered all my questions in a timely manner. I felt that a company who doesn’t ask for payment until after product was fitted must have great faith in their product.
My expectations were more than satisfied, my fireplace is beautiful, the fitter arrived on time and left everything neat and tidy. I would recommend Designer Fireplace UK Ltd without hesitation.
