Ordered a very nice expensive fireplace door and that was the only good experience I had with FDO.
Shipping was 4 weeks later than the original 3-4 weeks. After multiple emails and phone calls I was told one thing and nothing happened call again told another story.
Then they blamed the delays on Covid. After all the delays they refused to ship overnight.
