FloGas Ordered gas when tank was 20%… FloGas ordered gas when tank was 20% through the app-told delivery would be within two weeks ordered on the 16th Feb 2024-Told them through app down to 10% two days ago-i then phoned yesterday to check on delivery as down to 5% told they would escalate to logistics-just taken a phone call to say delivery will be on Friday the 1st where we will be out of gas.They installed a replacement tank earlier in the year with a gadget that tell them how low the Gas is-however they tell me it has not been activated as we are on a refill when we phone in-Then they had the audacity to say i only let then now at 5% full which i sent in on the app yesterday. We pay crazy prices for lpg which is a by product a waste product and the person was trying to say there is a shortage of LPG. I say more likely a lack of drivers and vehicles available. Shocking service by the biggest LPG supplier in the country. update still no show-had to turn all heating off -hopefully to keep hot water-apparantly people on here saying they never even turned up on the day they said they are out of gas completely.
