Bulk gas delivery ordered two weeks ago and promised by 15/3/24. Nothing. Again.
Phoned twice on the day because they fail every single time. Was told it was out for delivery. They lied. Again.
No delivery again.
Tank empty. Again.
Phoned emergency number who stated it wasn't out for delivery and I'd have to speak to customer 'services'. Again.
Criminally negligent and incompetent.
My 78 year old mother is again having to drag out the electric heaters just to keep warm. Again.
Shameful.
