A Flogas lorry reversed into the corner of our garage whilst attempting a delivery. Luckily only minor damage was caused; dislodged roof tile, crack in roof cement bed and dislodged gutter. The real issue was the driver did not report the incident to us. Delivery was made and he drove off. It was captured on CCTV. Flogas referred the claim to their insurance company who disputed liability. We contacted their customer relationship team who said "Here at flogas we have no further involvement in the claim and in any case wouldn’t be able to make any offers".
