After placing an order, and paying upfront for a refill gas bottle, I was advised delivery would be the next day. It didn't arrive and no communications whatsoever. On contacting Flogas, I was informed the delivery driver couldn't access my property! Apparently after delving further, it was an issue with the size of the lorry. No telephone call to explain either. As a replacement bottle wouldn't be delivered for another 4 days, I cancelled and asked for a refund. I am still waiting for it from 12th April until 26th April. On contacting Flogas again I was informed that the refund process goes through World Pay and for some reason it had an issue!! I checked out World Pay and any issues that may have occurred, but nothing was showing. I am assured my refund should appear on the 29th -30th April!! I enquired about a local stockist and was told there was one in my area who would exchange my bottle despite it not being a Flogas bottle, I tried this and was told that Flogas stopped accepting 3rd party bottles 3-4 weeks ago!!! I have lost faith in Flogas. Some way to treat its customers!
