I had to return my carrier because my baby wouldn’t sit properly in it. She would get pressure points under her tights but I have never returned something so heavy hearted. The carrier was light as a feather and so airy and easy to use. It was absolutely a dream and the service has been just as nice and friendly. I truly am heart broken that it didn’t work out for us.
