Considering my package hasn't arrived despite this feedback email presuming it has and asking for a review, I'll be honest. I love your products but your shipping to Australia is pathetic. Postage is slower than all other company or couriers. Never has any package arrived in the 3-5 business day timeframe as advertised. The tracking information provided is hopelessly out of touch and uselessly misleading. Please don't use DHL they're rubbish.
