We're doing our best to get your shipment successfully delivered to you, and as promised, if your shipment fails to deliver by this week per our courier's estimated shipping times, we'll send out a replacement shipment to you via a different courier, at no extra cost to you. We're truly sorry for the long processing times at Malaysian Customs, but we hope you understand that we're doing everything we can to get your shipment delivered to you. Our courier handles all the documentation and paperwork for you so you do not have to deal with any unexpected and exorbitant duties/tax fees.
We're also in the midst of migrating to a different shipping platform so we can provide an alternative shipping option to our Malaysian Customers in the future to improve our logistics. However, this is taking some time as it is a huge project to undertake. Please know that we're taking ALL our customers' feedback seriously and we really do want to do better for you.

Hi Shanee, thanks for reaching out, and we’re really sorry you’ve had to deal with this delay. We replied to your emails that you've sent over the weekend earlier today (we're operating Mon-Fri), but I wanted to give you a bit more clarity here as well.
We get how frustrating this is, and honestly we’re just as disappointed that your shipment is still being processed. Malaysian Customs is processing the paperwork for everything by container at KLIA, and with the recent National Day and Malaysian Day holidays, there’s a big backlog that’s slowing everyone down. Our courier, Janio, is handling everything from start to finish, so no additional payment for duties/taxes are required from your side. Please know that Janio usually delivers Malaysian orders within 5-7 business days so this is definitely not the norm.
If we could speed this up for you, we absolutely would. Since Customs is out of our hands, what we can do is keep tracking your shipment closely and update you the moment it clears.

Refunds can sometimes take up to 10 business days depending on your bank, so you should have already received it by now.
