Hi Remakantan, I'd like to personally apologise for the experience so far. We strive to provide the best service possible and get all orders out of our warehouse within 1-2 days. Hence this is absolutely unacceptable standards for us as well.
It seems Singapore to Malaysia shipments have been delayed due to the Easter holidays in Singapore and Hari Raya holidays in Malaysia and Singapore. However, communication with the courier service has been subpar as I've been trying to follow up for all orders. Moving forward, we're switching to another courier service provider as we're extremely disappointed with the delays from their end.

“Considering my package hasn't arrived despite this feedback email presuming it has and asking for a review, I'll be honest. I love your products but your shipping to Australia is pathetic. Postage is slower than all other company or couriers. Never has any package arrived in the 3-5 business day timeframe as advertised. The tracking information provided is hopelessly out of touch and uselessly misleading. Please don't use DHL they're rubbish.”

“We sent back two saliva samples for the age test and almost 4 weeks later, received the email notification from the lab for one of the tests. Wrote in to the customer service email and was asked to provide the test number which we did not keep. Provided name and email address used to register the test but that was apparently not enough which is strange to me. Eventually the results for both our tests were received that's fine. But the email support when we were asking whether the second samplew was received was rather disorganised.”
