I’ve been taking the Magnesium and L-theanine supplement for over a month now noticed some nice benefits. Most notably it has helped me stay asleep the whole night and slightly increase my deep sleep. Although my sleep was already really good before taking it so other people may experience greater benefits than I. I would recommend this product to those who have already done the basics to improve their sleep and are looking for an extra boost.
