I have been using for youth now for about 6 months. Apart from feeling I have more energy and a little lighter, physically it has made my hair go from greyish white to have a little more colour again. I asked my Dr and he said this was quite common when using NMN's. So if anything it's great for your hair but I know it is more than that. Recommend this product to anyone looking to slow down the ageing process. I am sure this is just the start of this science and will only get better with time.
