I have taken another brand of NMN before. But could not really feel any diff in terms of my energy level. I bought the Age Defense Set and tried it for about 3 weeks. I just realised a day ago, that i dont feel crappy and tired in the late afternoon, as i used to. So yay, highly recommended!
