Very happy with the picture. The quality of the print and framing is excellent. The picture was extremely well packed for delivery except that the picture hook provided was attached to the rear of the picture and produced a dent in the backing material.
You lost one star because your promise that I should receive tracking details on or before 5th July never eventuated. On contacting you on 10th July as to the whereabouts of my picture I did receive an immediate response and the picture arrived 2 days later.
