The only thing I think they need to change is to stop using Aramex as one of their couriers because they're absolutely hopeless. They delivered one of the frames to the wrong address AND smashed up the contents. But Framefox's handling of the issue was flawless.”
“I recently order a set of framed prints from Framefox. They were photos of my late,father and I needed the framed prints to be delivered for a memorial service we were having for him. Time was limited so i contacted Framefox and requested if the printed frames could be sent through expedited shipping (that I was happy to pay extra for). Chloe from the Framefox team kindly offered to prioritise the order so that I could get it in time.
I was thrilled to receive the framed prints early as Chloe had ensured the order had been fulfilled on time and had them sent to me through express post (for which I was not charged). The framed prints were perfect! We had the memorial today and the prints helped make the occasion complete

“I had a photo that no stick standard frames in stores fit so my only option was to get it framed professionally and Framefox was perfect. The custom made frame is an exact fit, and I was able to choose every aspect of the frame process. The only downside is the way the frame is secured, with metal tabs that can break with overuse.

“Hi - I was disappointed when looking on your website initially, there was a pop-up offerring 15% off first order so I entered my information but no voucher or discount code was ever provided. I checked spam inboxes and evern tried registering a second time but nothing came through. In the end I purchased anyway but the lead-time was significant and then when the item arrrived the quality was a bit underwhelming. I was also frustrated that the frame came with corner mounting points rather than a central one and this doesn't work for the spot I intended to hang it. This detail should be communicated during the ordering process. Overall, I was disappointed.”

With larger frames the safest hardware is brackets as gives two points of contact rather than one.
