Chloe and the Framefox team were amazing! When our portrait arrived with a scratched acrylic sheet due to mishandling during delivery, Framefox promptly responded and replaced the acrylic sheet at no additional cost. Furthermore, our portrait turned out wonderfully, although the colors appeared a bit muted, possibly due to the gluing process or the type of paper used. Nevertheless, the overall quality is superb, and we are extremely pleased with both the service and the exceptional quality of the work.
