What a lovely experience dealing with this Jeweller. Needed to get my 20 year old watch serviced.
A lovely young man apologised as was unsure of the model and needed to call Head Office for advice so offered me a seat and drink while sorting out.
Two weeks later I picked up my like new watch.
Highly recommended.
