I bought an emerald & diamond white gold ring for my granddaughters 18th last May. The stone fell out and was lost.
I took it back to my local branch who sent it for analysis.
Two weeks later the say it’s caused by “accidental damage “ which seems they say to everyone whose jewellery is faulty.
They’ve quoted £440 to repair which is double what I paid for the ring!
Look at their poor reviews before purchasing. They’re all about poor quality of jewellery.
