Bought a Tudor watch recently on finance, gentleman in store never asked for or saw ID when running the credit check, even though I questioned this multiple times. This is literally fraud.
Realised I was given the watch from display which I would consider ex-display as it may have been tried on a lot of times and been in the window for many months.
I have emailed customer service who so far gave zero care about these issues.
