My ring lost several diamonds over the 1st 3 years - the customer service is disgusting - the branch the ring was purchased was closed and after trying to obtain a duplicate receipt for insurance purposes no one could get me one - instead I was told over and over to contact the branch it was purchased from !!! THE BRANCH IS CLOSED
