Purchased a pair of grade 1 desert camo trousers in Feb which were excellent. For that reason I recently purchased a black 30 litre rucksack. Unfortunately when this arrived it had tear around the main compartment next to the closure cord. Contacted Yvette the General Manager and within a few days a replacement was delivered which was in excellent condition. The quality of the goods for the price you pay is excellent. The overall service you receive from the business is brilliant. Will definitely be buying more equipment from them. 5 Star service.
