Your product is not the same quality you used to have. We bought the exact same speaker over 3 years ago and is much better than the one we just purchased. I tried calling to return it, sat on hold for over an hour, and when I finally got thru, the person told me they only do technical support, no returns. I emailed requesting assistance and 3 WEEKS later, you replied telling me to call the same number I called before. I had to hunt you down to actually find another phone number. The receptionist transferred me to a someone. They NEVER returned my call. And now you want my opinion on how well my return went when I still have the speaker. You are the worst in customer service. Please remove my name from your system. I do not want my name associated with your company.
