“My Fugoo speaker worked well for about a year. The advertising material claimed it was waterproof, shock proof, dust/mud/snow proof. I had it sitting on an inside shelf, and it stopped working. Endless loop of blah blah at the customer service phone. The online bot (Sheryl Carter) let me know that Fugoo couldn't fix, recycle or upcycle the unit. The bot also would not give me contact info for their recommendation of a "Local Technician" to try for repair. I do not think we should support companies that do not support their clients. It is also shocking to me that the option for a non-working Fugoo product full of plastic and electronics is the landfill. Fugoo is currently not using a sustainable economic/ecological model. Throwaway is not the answer.”

“Don’t buy a fugoo ! Customer service is terrible. Phone number is just a recording. No response from email and chat is time consuming with poor assistance from probable bot. I want a refund but have been denied because it has been 32 days since purchase. They only offer 30 day money back but no one responded until 32 days ! This was a Christmas present so it was under tree for 3 wks wrapped. Unable to turn on. Don’t buy a fugoo!!”

“I have had 4 of these over the years b/c they sound good, but they quit connecting to every single device (computer/phone) I've ever had, even though they say they are connected. Customer service totally sucks: there is a phone number that refers you to chat, but the chat is a bot that says a human will respond but no human EVER answers. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!”

“I have had my fugoo tough for over 2 years. One deployment and multiple outdoor adventures. I Love it ! I just recently ordered element for my son, I saw stats and it will be awesome for him I'm sure. Great products, please keep up the great work ! Cass-Naked and Afraid.”

“Nice speakers. Labeling sucks. "Left" and "Right" are kinda obvious words. You just hate being clear? I decided to call and burn a couple of your customer service dollars instead of pondering the mysteries of speaker "A" and "B". Why go through extra effort making your product less user friendly? At least put a translation in the manual, like "A" = "left".”

“Great little speaker! I work outside in residential construction, this little speaker is exactly 💯 what i was looking for. I was originally going to purchase a Bose but after reading reviews I jumped on the Fugoo train and am very happy I did. This speaker has already gotten rained on, covered in sawdust and even dropped a few times......hasn't affected anything. Thank you Fugoo”

“I like the new Fugoo element speaker system, however, the speaker has an annoying whine that is extremely noticeable between songs when it is turned up.. It is not coming from the input.. I like the L/R drivers facing the front, and the bass out of the sides..It is an improvement over the last release. I'm a recording engineer and use the new speaker system for mixing & re-mastering recorded sound-tracks in addition to studio monitors & my earphones..It sounds great when you add a little sub Bass in addition to the Fugoo element system!”
