Don’t buy a fugoo ! Customer service is terrible. Phone number is just a recording. No response from email and chat is time consuming with poor assistance from probable bot. I want a refund but have been denied because it has been 32 days since purchase. They only offer 30 day money back but no one responded until 32 days ! This was a Christmas present so it was under tree for 3 wks wrapped. Unable to turn on. Don’t buy a fugoo!!

Although I have had a Fugoo speaker for years, I recently ordered new ones with upgraded Bluetooth capabilities. However, I cannot reach anyone in customer service after trying email, chat, and social media. This is unacceptable for any company and it makes me want to return these products and buy from a company that recognizes what customer service is supposed to be.

Ordered new Sport in June, received out of box failure. NO response from customer support. Called, waited 40 minutes to speak to some one. Had to send it in for repair @ my expense. Will not send out new. That was 7/13. No updates even though I requested... no response, no Fugoo. Finally received a response about firmware updates not working... over 4 week response. Guess what still not working? I think you folks are going out of business and clearing your shelf’s with a bunch of reject products... and I fell for it. I doubt I I’ll ever receive back a working Fugoo.

I have emailed Fugoo 2 times to return the speaker to no avail. The speaker didn’t perform as good as we expected. We can’t find an avenue to contact them to get an RMA. Maybe this will help them contact us.
