My Fugoo speaker worked well for about a year. The advertising material claimed it was waterproof, shock proof, dust/mud/snow proof. I had it sitting on an inside shelf, and it stopped working. Endless loop of blah blah at the customer service phone. The online bot (Sheryl Carter) let me know that Fugoo couldn't fix, recycle or upcycle the unit. The bot also would not give me contact info for their recommendation of a "Local Technician" to try for repair. I do not think we should support companies that do not support their clients. It is also shocking to me that the option for a non-working Fugoo product full of plastic and electronics is the landfill. Fugoo is currently not using a sustainable economic/ecological model. Throwaway is not the answer.

I have had 4 of these over the years b/c they sound good, but they quit connecting to every single device (computer/phone) I've ever had, even though they say they are connected. Customer service totally sucks: there is a phone number that refers you to chat, but the chat is a bot that says a human will respond but no human EVER answers. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!

I got my new speaker and it WON'T power on.I can't get ahold of anybody at Fogoo to get HELP.Very FRUSTRATING..

The new element is garbage. Distorted and bass is none existent. Not recommending that product to anyone. Wish I would've ordered the XL instead!!!!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Fugoo. I ordered two Fugoo Sport 2.0 speakers FOUR times and received lesser models every time. Two of the speakers arrived in boxes with the 2.0 model numbers, but the speakers were, again, the lesser models. Also, customer support is slow for returns ordered directly from Fugoo. Will not order from Fugoo again.

I have been trying to return my speaker to get another one, but it has been impossible. The number that they give doesn’t help me and no one has emailed me back.

I think this company is a scam! I have been trying to return a product for days and keep getting sent to a fake voicemail. I will NOT quit until I get my money back!

To early for me to pass a final review. I know right now I’m very frustrated. Received my speaker in less than a week (good job). Problem is speaker won’t turn on. So I call tech support. Total disaster. Poor connection, difficult to understand, actually had to disconnect and call back. I lost my patience after being accused of dropping the radio and breaking it. They finally agreed to let me return it. Waiting for return documents now. I hope this story has a happy ending.

The speakers are good. They ship without an AC (plug in the wall) device for charging. I have contacted support and await their decision. Real deal!

I am VERY disappointed in my recent purchase of Fugoo touch speaker. I first bought a Fugoo tough speaker almost 5 years ango and that speaker is still going strong and sounds SO much better than the new speaker, which sounds quite muffled and lmited in sonic range. Additionally the new speaker is quite a bit lighter, which I thought was due to an updated battery, but I now suspect is also due to inferior sepaker components. I would have returned the speaker for a full refund, but its too late now, so I guess I am stuck with it, Frankly, there are a number of other sub $100 speakers out there in the market that sound a lot better Sadly, Dan Chu

New speaker defective. Can't even get a response from them at all after 2 weeks. Now forced to file a credit card dispute. Worst customer service.

Do not order, I recieved the wrong speaker and can not get through to fugoo. I was 3rd on line then 8th and on hold for over 3 hours. Will not order again. I can not return my my speaker! Worst customer service ever!
