“I have attempted to contact Fugoo’s customer service ( there is none) to request a return authorization on my order FGO1210. The Tough unit I received is a disappointment as compared to other Fugoo products our family members own. I would ask that someone contact me regarding this return. I have sent several e mails with no response, I’ve talk to tech support about the return. Vincent took my information and said it would be passed onto ‘management’.”

“Your product is not the same quality you used to have. We bought the exact same speaker over 3 years ago and is much better than the one we just purchased. I tried calling to return it, sat on hold for over an hour, and when I finally got thru, the person told me they only do technical support, no returns. I emailed requesting assistance and 3 WEEKS later, you replied telling me to call the same number I called before. I had to hunt you down to actually find another phone number. The receptionist transferred me to a someone. They NEVER returned my call. And now you want my opinion on how well my return went when I still have the speaker. You are the worst in customer service. Please remove my name from your system. I do not want my name associated with your company.”

“I have 2 original fugoo speakers that awesome! The new one or terrible! Sounds so tinny my ears hurt! I’ve been trying to return the speaker and have contact the company 4 times. The customer service is as bad as the speaker. I’ve had to claim a dispute with my credit card because no one is helping me with my issue. All I want to do is return it but I can’t even get a shipping label from fugoo. There was also no invoice in the shipping box! I will never buy a fugoo again. Which really bothers me since I’ve always been such a big fan!”
