I have attempted to contact Fugoo’s customer service ( there is none) to request a return authorization on my order FGO1210. The Tough unit I received is a disappointment as compared to other Fugoo products our family members own.
I would ask that someone contact me regarding this return. I have sent several e mails with no response, I’ve talk to tech support about the return. Vincent took my information and said it would be passed onto ‘management’.
