I have not received my order. I cannot believe a company can treat it's customers so bad. I have had numerous conversations with 'Natalie' and she has told me every time " you will definitely have your order TODAY!!!!. I have given up waiting and have requested a refund, which, to date I have not received. Absolutely abysmal.!!!!!!!. I am now taking out a complaint with trading standards and PayPal.
