Delivery was much later than it should have been. Didn't seem to receive much of an apology. But at least customer services was in contact with me then.
Putting my purchase together I discovered I dont have the fixings for the table or the firepit surround. I have sent many emails and was told repeatedly, over the past couple of months that they were being sent. ButI have received nothing.
And now they are completely ignoring me. No response at all. I'm very dissapointed and upset. Terrible company.”
“I’ve never had such a dreadful experience with a company before. I ordered a dining table set from Furvell at the end of May and didn’t receive the full order until the end of August – three long months of waiting! The communication was almost non-existent. Every time I reached out for an update, I got vague promises that the product would be delivered "soon," which never happened.
When the delivery finally arrived, to my shock, they only brought two chairs instead of the full set with the table! I then had to wait another month for the remaining chairs, and when they finally arrived, the quality was horrendous. The chairs feel unstable and unsafe to use. To top it off, I was promised a partial refund for the absurd delay, but the company has vanished – no follow-up, no refund, nothing.
What’s worse is that two of the chairs arrived faulty, and instead of replacing or fixing them, the company only offered to collect them, leaving me with even fewer seats. It's absolutely absurd. They have zero interest in resolving customer issues.
And as if the experience couldn’t get any worse, I ordered champagne-colored chairs but received light grey instead. I tried contacting them about this mistake, but of course, I was met with silence.”

“The order was placed on 12 May 2024. The delivery dates were deferred several times without any notification until I inquired about the delivery time slots one day before the agreed dates. The last agreed delivery date was 24 July 2024. Finally, I need to submit a dispute with my bank in order to get a refund.”

“Really unprofessional people i have even seen , I have shifted to a new house , everything I ordered from elsewhere was just right but this Furvell have been messing around since a month, they took my money and sent the wrong order then on requesting so much ( requesting for my own order) they gave a delivery date then cancelled, then when the driver came it was wrong order again, messes around my house warming party , my son’s birthday and still messing around, Natalie promised to refund my £99 but still nothing received, I have all the proof, please don’t but anything from them i am regretting every second, there are so many big proper companies with their stores selling the same product with a price match, please don’t buy from this fraud company and help them shut their business so they are not able to fool anyone else”

“Absolutely terrible.
They took 6 weeks to even attempt to deliver our furniture and then "broke down." Was never given another date of delivery so I cancelled the order.
Customer service is atrocious, took me several emails and threatening with trading standards to get my refund sorted.
Don't give this joke of a company the time of day, you'll regret it if you do!!!!”

“Have now waited 6 weeks for 2 chairs. They were supposed to arrive Tuesday so arranged wirk to be here but received a call after lunch that it was now coming Thursday. Today's Thurs and changed work again, to receive a call at 17.50pm to tell me they're not being delivered today now and it'll be next week and that I can either accept the delivery ir request a refund. How utterly charming!! If I'd have realised the chairs were being imported from China I would not have ordered in the first place. I have no idea of the quality of the product etc yet but I will update if they ever turn up.”

“I ordered my table and chairs on the 2nd June. I have had a handful of delivery dates that have been unsuccessful after I had made arrangements for people to be at my house to receive. I received another message last week saying the warehouse had been broken into hence another delay. I have tried ringing / emailing but no reply. I am very concerned I may not receive the goods. I am writing this review as I cannot get hold of anyone. I also paid 10% for assembly and they said it would delay the delivery further would I consider cancelling this service I agreed and we promised a 10% refund but would take 10 working days. This was 3 weeks ago. Shocking service”

“Ordered bistro set in May and after several e mails to them it finally arrived on the 8th July but was incomplete. No cushions for chairs or base for table. After contacting them again and having to chase we did receive the missing items. We are pleased with the quality of the bistro set but customer service and the length of time we waited was poor. It was only after we mentioned a refund did they expedite the delivery to Parcel Force rather than their own drivers. They also wanted a review before the situation was resolved.”
