My garden furniture is amazing. Great quality and comfortable. The delivery service isn’t great, I had to chase several times after various dates were missed and I was given excuses about customs delays as other reviewers have mentioned. At one point I thought I had been scammed by this company as the contact telephone number didn’t work and things didn’t sit right. But I got my product in the end and I am very happy with it.

Ordered great value outdoor beanbags. Sent the wrong colour and could not replace as sold out. Offered collection and refund but scant consolation for not getting the product I paid for.

Have put a three star as had to wait along time for replacement part of patio set the parts have arrived and are ok

Good website and product. However need to improve on communication. I wasn't informed that delivery was cancel until late afternoon when I have been waiting most of the day.

Was really good at getting back to me, at first for the information on the product I was interested in buying, but when something was missing from the delivery, message lots of times, been waiting a few weeks now n still not received the stones for the fire pit table. A real shame because wanted to give them 5stars but still waiting for email back and product to be sent as it was part of my order.

Marble Side tables. 2 tables ordered and delivered by Parcelforce. Based on this would never use Parcelforce. Express 48 took about 10 days. Tables themselves were good quality but one table had virtually no marble markings and we were promised a replacement which is yet to arrive

After speaking on the phone today with customer service from Furvell I am looking forward to receiving my items on Thursday. Had a little delay but everything has been resolved today and dealt with appropriately. Hopefully I can give a 5 star review of my Table and chairs and the lamp table on Thursday after it’s arrived.

|3 stars because they failed to deliver this on the day agreed, gave me a second day for delivery but would not give me a time stating that it was impossible because of the traffio, and when the deliver team called to tell the office that the delivery could not be made that day, the office failed to tell us meaning we waited at a building site until 7pm before assuming it was not coming. It came the following day without notice from the office, and then we found that the coffee table we had also ordered was not on the van but would come on yet another delivery, maybe the following week. They did however offer us a consul table which we accepted but was not ideal. Great furniture let down by an office that really has no idea how to get deiveries done on time and helping the customer plan their day rather than waiting all day for something that failed to arrive
