Same as what everyone else is saying, awful experience!
Delivery was much later than it should have been. Didn't seem to receive much of an apology. But at least customer services was in contact with me then.
Putting my purchase together I discovered I dont have the fixings for the table or the firepit surround. I have sent many emails and was told repeatedly, over the past couple of months that they were being sent. ButI have received nothing.
And now they are completely ignoring me. No response at all. I'm very dissapointed and upset. Terrible company.
