I am pleased with the item I ordered but disappointed with the service. It took two weeks for my order to arrive and it was the lack of communication in this period that was really unsatisfactory. At one point I went on the online chat but got no response so tried to phone, despite it being office hours the phone cut out. At this point I was worried it was a scam and I would never receive my order. I then emailed and received a reply explaining the delay. It would have been a far better if you had contacted me when you knew of the delay.
