“The product (Seeland outdoor membrane trousers) were great. Sadly GBO didn’t sent me the colour that I ordered which I only realised when I opened the trousers on my hunting trip. I emailed them to make them aware but did not get a reply.”

“I have tried 4 times to exchange this belt and no one from the store has responded to my emails. If you could please respond so I can get this exchange processed that would be great.”

“A pretty terrible experience. Paid for DHL Express delivery, my order was then not fulfilled for at least 2 weeks. When my parcel was finally dispatched it was sent via Royal Mail, not DHL which I’d paid extra for. Emailed requesting a phone call to discuss my experience however have had no response. Would not recommend and would encourage others to avoid.”

“Took ages for trousers to arrive- communication was prompted by e mails that I sent. Arrived after the date I required(6 wks after order placed) However- they are better than expected and will order from company again”

“I bought a pair of boots which never arrived and it took a lot of chasing over five weeks to get a refund. The owner contacted me after five weeks and gave a full explanation of what seems to have been a genuinely exceptional set of circumstances and a refund has now been issued. Review therefore udpated.”

“I ordered a Harkila bodywarmer battery and it has failed to turn up. It was ordered on the 26th October and I followed up on the generic 'support' email on the 4th November and have yet to receive even a response by the 11th November. I tried the support telephone number but was told it was not manned due to staff shortages. When should i expect my order if at all?”
