I have tried 4 times to exchange this belt and no one from the store has responded to my emails. If you could please respond so I can get this exchange processed that would be great.

i have requested some one contact me i have not recived my goods or money back and have spent a few thousand pounds with you i have sent e-mails forsomeone to contact me with no reply of anyone on phone of e-mail, this is shocking

I bought a bag on 21. November and I still haven’t received it, I have sent over 10 mails and still no response on when the bag will arrive. I wouldn’t ordered anything from this company

A pretty terrible experience. Paid for DHL Express delivery, my order was then not fulfilled for at least 2 weeks. When my parcel was finally dispatched it was sent via Royal Mail, not DHL which I’d paid extra for. Emailed requesting a phone call to discuss my experience however have had no response. Would not recommend and would encourage others to avoid.

I ordered a Harkila bodywarmer battery and it has failed to turn up. It was ordered on the 26th October and I followed up on the generic 'support' email on the 4th November and have yet to receive even a response by the 11th November. I tried the support telephone number but was told it was not manned due to staff shortages. When should i expect my order if at all?

Incorrect size received which caused frustration due to not being able to use the item. Slow delivery despatch and updates. This was a first time order. I won’t be purchasing again. (not-so) Great British Outfitters.

It took me over a month to hey my item as they were actually out of stock but didn't say so on the item. I constantly had to chase them. Wouldn't buy here again

Item wasn’t in stock although said it was and allowed us to pay/purchase - wouldn’t of ordered if we knew this as it was a gift that then didn’t arrive in time, we had to chase for updates twice otherwise wouldn’t of had any communication from them

Terrible- bought some boots claiming to be waterproof. They absolutely are not. Still have not heard back from customer services. Very annoyed about this! £180 wasted all for false advertisement!!

I’m still waiting on the product they’ve already taken payment for on 10/02/2023, this is twice I’ve ordered something from this company that they haven’t had in stock even though they advertise it, then it feels like they just blank you for as long as they can. I eventually got a refund the first time.
