A pretty terrible experience. Paid for DHL Express delivery, my order was then not fulfilled for at least 2 weeks. When my parcel was finally dispatched it was sent via Royal Mail, not DHL which I’d paid extra for.
Emailed requesting a phone call to discuss my experience however have had no response.
Would not recommend and would encourage others to avoid.
