“Arranged an appointment to try for size harkila jackets smocks and trousers, spent an hour trying on various jackets and had lots of discussion and advice from staff. Very happy with purchases made and mail order to date.”

“My first order of a trilby hat did not quite fit. I 'phoned Great British Outfitters to check about returns. My call was answered very promptly and even though the next size down was not in stock, I was assured that they could obtain it for me. I returned the first hat (following their returns protocol) and within a few days my new hat arrived and it fits perfectly! Hurrah for companies that are willing and able to provide customer service! I highly recommend Great British Outfitters.”

“First time purchasing from Great British Outfitters and I am completely happy with the productand service, ( GERBER MP600 BLADELESS MULTI-TOOL ). Item was well priced, postage and delivery were prompt and Multi-Tool was exellent. I would use this company again and would also recommend them to others who may be seeking good quality goods at a reasonable price with prompt delivery.”
