The hair colourant is very natural looking and does not harm or irritate my head or hair at all. I have sensitive skin and must be careful, but have no problem with this. The colours are exactly what I was looking for, very close to my natural colour. The subscription service is handy, especially that I can control it myself. Friendly and pro company. Pleased.
