I have been using the products for more than 10 years (the water colours and shampoo and conditioner). The quality is excellent and the products are straightforward to use. I like the water colours as they give a very natural-looking result and leave my hair in good condition. My (now former) hairdresser was very upset when another customer complimented my colour and remarked that it looked much better and more natural than the results the salon achieved! In addition, the order and delivery process is quick and reliable and the team are always available to give telephone advice and suggestions.
