I have been using Gentle Hair Dye for years. I'm sensitive to a lot of things, but I have never had an issue with this hair dye at all - it's always been great. On my last order - due to the business name change - I mistakenly ended up ordering from another company. While seeming to be the same, their hair dye is very different. I used it twice but have had problems - itchy scalp, very dry hair and I'm now starting to experience some hair loss. I've just placed an order for my usual dyes with Gentle Hair Dye, and will be relieved to use them again!
