Been v pleased with these products over the years - the best thing is being able to phone up and get a REAL LIFE PERSON at the end of the phone to advise re changes of colour etc. The girls are great. I used the salon at the v start to get an idea of what was ahead and that was useful. - sounds soppy but I don't know what I would do without this company- or the nice bunch of people therein
