I got had by the algorithm and I’m on a pathway to do adhd meds but I wanted to help myself asap. These came my way. I’ve done nearly 30days. I’m 4months diagnosed and not fully come to terms with it. But I do think the Get Dopa is helping me. I’ve decanted the bag into an old vits bottle for ease of day to day taking. But all good so far.
