“Get Dopa has been a game changer for me, my focus has improved, as well as my mood and clarity. Admittedly, the taste isn't great and did put me off at first, but the benefits far outweigh this.”

“I’m a late diagnosis ADHDer (55) and although sceptical about this product, I’ve definitely noticed that I’m operating in a more logical way and have been better at seeing tasks through. I’m still very forgetful but there is a marked improvement after 21/2 months taking Get Dopa”

“I am undiagnosed, like so many of us, but strongly suspecting that I have adhd and possibly autism. For months I've been trying to be my own pharmacist and have spent so much money and tried so many combinations... I've gotten close to getting a decent combo for myself but then I tried this. It contains some things I'm not taking already and some that I was - and there are a few things that I have been taking that are not included in this supplement (ex. citicoline, ginseng) but I really think that this stuff is helping. I'm still on my first order but will be continuing with it. At first I thought it was expensive, and for me shipping takes ages (but that's because I live in PR🇵🇷). But with this, I'm not going to continue with everything else that I had been taking before. This can now become my main supplement and I'll keep adding my citicoline and taking my other stuff at nighttime. I don't need to keep buying gingko & B complex, so that's nice. I don't feel a need to buy more ginseng (not present in this formulation). I have 3 young kids and I'm a sahm who's also homeschooling. Things get nuts and up until literally a few weeks ago, I was feeling s÷ic*dal on a near daily basis because of the total overwhelm and chaos in my brain. I still get overwhelmed at many points, but I'm able to realize what's actually happening and reminds myself that I can choose how to respond to the chaos, which gives me that split second to keep myself from careening over the edge into insanity. That's all I need, and with that tiny pause I am having an easier time recuperating and re-regulating before my emotions fly completely off the handle. I'm also feeling better mental energy throughout my very demanding day. I am sleeping fine, which is hugely important (as in, this supplement has not messed with my sleeping in any way). It is helping, for sure. I will keep taking this stuff. Thank you so much for this product.”

“Usual story - mid 40s, female, perimenopausal so ADHD symptoms have started to take over my life, but I'm being refused any kind of assessment by GPs as I'm "managing", despite my kids having diagnoses and we don't have Right to Choose here in Scotland. Saw Get Dopa on Instagram and decided it couldn't hurt to try it. I'm now in month two and the difference it's making is incredible. For the past couple of years I've been coming home from work and crashing daily to the point of having to nap before I can function again but in the last month I've only napped twice. I can stay up later because the difference in energy levels is honestly night and day. My brain fog has lifted and I am just able to function as a human again. I've also noticed that I've stopped my impulsive spending and binge eating which I've struggled with for years. Even my internal brain jukebox (music playing in my head all day every day) has quietened to the point I can think past it. I just feel like I'm not wading through mud anymore and can't believe I've still got a month to go before I hit the new baseline. Have also recommended it to my eldest child who as they present female has also struggled to get the GP to take them seriously. The two children with diagnoses are boys.”

“Dopa is the most helpful natural ADHD support I've come across since my 2019 diagnosis. I noticed once I started taking it that I was able to focus again on work and other matters. I recently asked my nutritionist to check its ingredients to see if she also thought it was beneficial, and she was really inpressed with high quality of the ingredients and it meant, I can now stop taking some of the other natural supplements I was taking as they are already in my daily Dopa dose.”

“I wasn't expecting much from this supplement but thought i'd try it in the hope of gaining some control over my adhd. Never expected such a positive impact! It helps me get through the day, ive more energy and have found that its helping me get on top of things at home. I would rather it wasnt so expensive but if i can overcome that i will be a loyal customer. This stuff really makes a difference - very impressed!”

“I was a little dubious at first but thought I'd give it a try. I've been taking get Dopa for about 3 weeks and the biggest change I have noticed is the clarity I have in my mind.
